The staff is outstanding! Every single request was fulfilled immediately. Got complimentary breakfast although was not booked. On the first day the hotel welcomed me with a fruit basket.

the Hotel was very clean, the stuff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, the property is clean. The bed was so comfy. Internet has an easy access. The spa was excellent. Best value for money that you can get in Bursa . Hotel has amaizing location , staff is super friendly , breakfast is excellent, rooms are large and modern . Swimming pool is fantastic .

the staff at this hotel is the best I have experienced any where in the world. Very helpful, friendly and assisted me with day tours, room changes, ticket booking. Fantastic service and highly recommend
